Dr. Doğan is a faculty member in the Department of Artificial Intelligence Engineering at Trabzon University. His research focuses on deep learning, biomedical image and signal processing, and AI-powered applications in pharmacology and drug interaction prediction.
He received his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering (Karadeniz Technical University) and has held academic positions in both Türkiye and the United States, including research visits at The Ohio State University and Youngstown State University.
His current work explores multimodal learning, medical foundation models, and interpretable AI in healthcare.
